Super Script Writing Software

I have come across a fantastic piece of free software called Celtx which makes writing and formating scripts really easy. It is powerful, easy to use, easy to colaberate and even better, its free! - Perfect for the low budget filmmaker.

The software is available for download from celtx.com and is availible for Mac, Windows and Linux - a trully impressive feat. It gets better. Not only is this software simple and easy to use, you can share projects over celtx's network, meaning that different people in your company can work on the script from anywhere in the world, on any system.

Even better than that, you can attach anything - doodles, pictures, videos, sound to a part of the script - say you were writing a film set in a dark forest - you could attach some images of a dark forest to help with the creative flow of the project.

This program ROCKS! I've just installed it on my Puppy Linux Version 4. It makes the whole process of writing scripts, storyboarding etc so much easier. Plus the addition to add video, sound and picture files to your work really help you to set the mood and keep your creative flow going. If you're interested in writting scripts for film, Av, Radio or Stage this software is the best software i've seen. Get it Today!
